Refund and Return Policy

30-day voluntary returns

For standard catalogue flags, you may request a voluntary return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us at MyFlagBoutique@gmail.com before sending an item back. We will provide the return instructions and return address. Please do not send an item back before receiving these instructions.

For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Standard catalogue flags are eligible for this voluntary 30-day return policy even when they are produced after an order is placed.

Custom and personalised flags

Special-order flags made to your specifications or clearly personalised flags are not covered by the voluntary 30-day return policy.

This does not affect any statutory rights that apply to your order. The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, where permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us at MyFlagBoutique@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and, if possible, photos showing the issue.

We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. This section does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Statutory right of withdrawal in the European Union

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can email MyFlagBoutique@gmail.com or use the model withdrawal form below. Some goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from this right where applicable law allows.

Unless we offer to collect the goods, you must send them back within 14 days after telling us that you wish to withdraw. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where you were informed of this before placing your order.

When the statutory right of withdrawal applies, we will reimburse the payments received for the order, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Refund processing for voluntary returns

For an approved voluntary return, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This processing time does not replace or extend any statutory refund deadline.
