Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the website MyFlagBoutique.com between the seller "My Flag Boutique" and any individual or legal entity "the Customer" wishing to purchase products offered for sale on the website.
By placing an order on our website, the Customer fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website on the day the Customer places the order.
Each product is described as accurately as possible. However, minor variations (color, design, dimensions) may occur due to display settings or manufacturing updates.
All flags sold by My Flag Boutique are custom-made and produced on demand.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) or the selected currency, including all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
My Flag Boutique reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
The Customer confirms having read and accepted these Terms before placing an order.
Any order is considered final only after full payment has been received and confirmed by My Flag Boutique.
The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding a previous payment.
6. Payment
Payments are made securely via the methods offered on the website (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.).
All transactions are encrypted and processed by trusted third-party payment providers.
The order will be processed only after confirmation of payment.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped with tracking and delivered within 2 to 3 weeks on average.
Products are shipped from our logistics centers in China.
Delivery times may vary depending on customs, postal services, or local regulations.
The Customer is responsible for providing a valid delivery address.
8. Returns and Refunds
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding a return or refund request.
Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will provide instructions accordingly.
Since all flags are custom-made and produced on order, returns or refunds are only accepted in cases of defective or damaged items upon receipt.
9. Liability
My Flag Boutique cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of purchased products or external factors (shipping delays, customs clearance, etc.).
The Customer is solely responsible for the proper use and maintenance of the products.
10. Personal Data
A&A Global complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679).
Customer information is collected only for order processing and communication purposes.
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, designs, logos, and graphics) is the exclusive property of A&A Global.
Any reproduction or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
